Tati Lund is the owner and chef of .Org Bistrô since 2011. Nutritionist graduated from UFRJ and chef graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts (NY) and PlantLab (CA). She has worked in kitchens in New York, California, Italy and Holland. She has taken courses and delved into the local culture in places such as Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, and Jordan!

Tati is a pioneer in Brazil in showing conscious and elegant food. She is a vegan food enthusiast, working with local products, valuing healthy eating habits and supporting sustainable agricultural practices.

She has already won 3 awards for Best Vegetarian Restaurant and the title of Best Chef in 2020, being the first vegan woman chef to celebrate this achievement! 

She also has Launched 3 TV shows "Tati with Lemon" on Wohoo channel, "Comida.Org" and "Conversasfor the planet" on the GNT channel! She is also a Sustainability Columnist for Veja Rio and "Um só planeta".
